This 2nd novel of the America Libre trilogy continues the story of a future Hispanic liberation movement. It’s both fast-paced like an action movie and also thought-provoking - with an all too plausible (and chilling) scenario of ethnic tensions building into the prospect of a new American civil war. And the belief that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter is well illustrated by the author's balanced handling of the issues.
