I loved these poems. Each one is sad, funny, easily accessible and totally female in empathy, relationships and outlook. A great place to start if you are new to modern poetry. I will certainly be reading her two other collections and look forward to her future work.

and when her ghost returns to you in the night 

trailing plumes of smoke like various scarfs 

crying Where were you? Through your tears,

confused, you’ll say but

you never asked

you never said

you never told me to come.
