Crusaders by Richard T Kelly

Crusaders

Richard T Kelly

This book has it all - religion, politics, violence and more; all bound up in a weighty tome. The story charts Reverend Gore's attempts to open a new church in the rough west end of Newcastle, during the transitional period of 'old' and 'new' Labour. Although the first half of the book drags a bit, stick with it as the second half speeds up with unexpected results.
